My&Moon: a lunar calendar

My&Moon is a revolutionary moon calendar for cyclical living! Learn to know, track, and plan your own cycle (whether that is a menstruation cycle, creative cycle, ritual cycle, or otherwise) alongside Grandmother Moon's cycle. Living with this calendar can be entered into as a spiritual practice, used as an organizational tool, or as an act of self-sovereignty. The calendar includes space to write in (ideally with a small pen) to track your body's symptoms, plan when you might retreat each month, engage in the rhythm of your sacred rituals, and when to reach out to others.

My&Moon is an act of unbraiding our lifestyle from the patriarchy. We are entrenched in what it means to live in a solar society. While living in a solar rhythm (Sunup-sundown, 24 hours in a day) has its place and usefulness, it is not the natural rhythm for those cycling with estrogen and progesterone. Living in a lunar cycle also brings a rhythm to life that honors the flow through death, to birth, maturation, decay, death, and rebirth, which is RADICALLY different than the ever-expanding and production focus of a solar rhythm. Grandmother Moon, in all her phases, embodies the death-rebirth cycle fully and is a great teacher and energetic compass for us. Learning to know our bodies and learning to know our rhythms are enhanced when we live in relationship to Moon's phases.

My&Moon allows for you to BOTH track the moon in the sky as well as your own rhythm through having two concentric wheels that spin freely to lineup anyway you see fit. While it might be common for people to bleed on the new moon, feel social on the full moon, and angsty as the moon goes dark, it might not be YOUR rhythm. Now, with My&Moon, you get to line up where your own patterns are falling alongside Moon, and choose your life accordingly!
